Destinations and availability
Postura offers shipping to eligible addresses in Canada and the United States. Availability depends on the item, its warehouse and your delivery address. Available options appear at checkout. Shipping to France is in preparation and is not yet open.
Processing and transit
For the adjustable strap and off-white posture correctors shipped from China, the supplier currently estimates 1–3 days for processing, followed by 7–15 days in transit to Canada or 5–11 days to the United States. These are estimates and may vary by variant, stock, carrier and customs procedures. They do not apply to every product.
Shipping charges
For the current general shipping profile, standard shipping to the United States costs CAD 15. Charges applicable to your cart are shown before payment. Check your order summary for the final amount. Express delivery is not promised.
Parcel origins and separate shipments
Some items ship directly from our logistics partners abroad. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels, with different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. If tracking is stalled, a parcel is missing or an address needs correcting, contact contact@posturaonline.com with your order number. Corrections may no longer be possible after dispatch.
Customs and consumer rights
Customs procedures may affect transit times. Shipping charges alone do not guarantee that import duties, taxes or brokerage charges are included. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about import charges. This policy does not limit your rights or remedies under applicable law, including for delayed or undelivered orders.
